TADAT TRAINING
TADAT Training is your gateway to mastering the globally recognized diagnostic tool that’s reshaping revenue systems around the world. Whether you're a government official, development partner, or tax expert, our immersive training equips you with the skills to assess and improve core tax functions using the TADAT framework. 
Please note the application requirements for:
1. TADAT Trained: who will be able to participate in their country’s own benchmarking exercise, or be informed counterparts when their tax administration is undergoing TADAT assessment, or participate in regional peer-to-peer review.
2. Trained TADAT Assessors: who will be certified to conduct TADAT assessments in any country.


Eligibility and qualification requirements for TADAT Trained
 
  1. At least 5 years’ experience working on tax or revenue issues in any of the following:
    • A national or sub-national revenue or tax authority;
    • The ministry of finance or other government ministry or department dealing with revenue or tax issues;
    • A university or research institution with teaching or research work on revenue or tax issues;
    • An international or regional or bilateral development institution, working on projects related to revenue or tax or public finance reform issues;
    • A consulting firm, tax accounting firm, or tax law firm, working on tax reform advisory service.
  2. TADAT Secretariat wishes to announce that FG19 online training is now closed with the release of FG25. To obtain TADAT Trained certificate based on FG25, please check the Online Training page for more details.

     

     

Eligibility and qualification requirements for Trained TADAT Assessors
 
  1. TADAT Trained
  2. At least 5 years experience working on tax or revenue issues in any of the following:
    • A national or sub-national revenue or tax authority;
    • The ministry of finance or other government ministry or department dealing with revenue or tax issues;
    • A university or research institution with teaching or research work on revenue or tax issues;
    • An international or regional or bilateral development institution, working on projects related to revenue or tax or public finance reform issues;
    • A consulting firm, tax accounting firm, or tax law firm, working on tax reform advisory service.
  3. Experience in providing technical assistance in a developing country (outside of your home country)
  4. University degree or equivalent professional education
